Cosi on Capitol Hill, the coffee shop where our club meets.
We normally meet once per month in a local coffee shop. This is called our “Kafkuniĝo” or “Coffee Get-Together.” We quite simply meet, drink coffee, eat, and speak Esperanto. All Esperanto speakers are welcome, both experienced speakers and beginners. Newcomers to Esperanto who are interested in our language and culture, or who have questions or want to receive more information are also more than welcome.
We meet in the center of Washington, on Capitol Hill, in the Cosi coffee shop. It is very close to the “Capitol South” Metro Station on the Orange and Blue Lines. The exact address is Cosi (Capitol Hill), 301 Pennsylvania Ave. SE, Washington, DC 20003. Normally we meet one Sunday per month at 2:00 PM. The date we meet will occasionally vary, but you will always see the exact date of our next meeting in our events calendar. With this calendar you can keep informed about all of our other events as well.
