Action speaks louder than words.

Certainly the management of that univerisity did not do the searching nor the reporters of the new media that BBC admitted 75% of the people in the world do not speak a word of English, the others who learn English is just for fun as in Ghana or in China. Indonesia has planned to stop teaching English in the primary schools beginning next year, that is 2013.
